All used, OEM, and vintage parts are sold as-is. We describe condition honestly and photograph everything thoroughly. If you receive an item that was materially misrepresented in the listing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
New Old Stock (NOS) and new parts may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

If you receive an item that is materially different from what was listed — wrong part, significant undisclosed damage, or incorrect fitment stated in the listing — contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. We stand behind our descriptions.

Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Buyer is responsible for confirming part fitment before purchasing. We list the bikes we pulled parts from, but vintage parts can fit multiple models or have minor year-to-year variations. If you're unsure, ask us first.
All parts are packed carefully. If your order arrives damaged in transit, save all packaging and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim on your behalf.
